Doesnt Work

Pros: Charges device
Cons: Isnt recognized on 4 different PCs, Useless, short cable, device unsteady

I bought this device as a dock for my Epic 4G since I have had a dock with every smartphone Ive ever had. This one looked very promising. That was the highlight however. I hooked it up (trying multiple USB ports), and the device is not recognized by any of my PCs. Ive tried it on two Win 7 machines, a Win XP netbook, and on Linux Mint 9.

I contacted support who told me simply that "it should work." I never heard back. It works to charge the device, but that is a marginal positive.
