This adapters works perfectly with the clear Sounds Neckloop. For those who have a hesring problem this is great.
Good product
its just bulky/awkward to carry around. I wouldve preferred the Seidio Mini USB to 3.5mm Adapter if it had mic support (which it doesnt) for music and talking.

Must-have Adapter for AT&T Tilt
My biggest complaint is that the device was shipped naked, in an envelope, with no instructions whatsoever. I have no idea, other than a simple stereo headset, what may be able to be plugged into the the 2.5mm and/or 3.5mm jacks, or whether video can be retrieved in any fashion from the device as may be accoplished with an iPod, Zune, etc. using this adapter. I will have to search the HTC website to see if I can find anything indicating its specs or resembling a user manual.
The design is tough and matches the Tilt very well. Though it is a little awkward the way it protrudes from the device, it is well built to withstand its dongle-type presence, and in most situations it is truly useful, is not in the way.
Overall, the device is well worth the money, and I truly question why it is not shipped as standard equipment with the device, as it is so very useful, and should be the only adapter you ever need for this phone.
