Good bluetooth for the money

In looking for a new bluetooth headset to replace my Jabra BT, I came across reviews for the BlueAnt. It is marvelously small, easy to pair up, with excellent battery life and transmission. As stated in reviews, the biggest drawback is that the earbud is only one size and if you have a smaller ear (like mine), its a not a perfect fit. However, for the cost and overall quality--Im very pleased.

This looks like a fabulous deal, and I guess it is in a sense..I opened the box, plugged the device in, and never even got a single call out of it. It wouldnt charge. I called cuztomer support for BlueAnt, and the customer service rep was shocked I even had this device. He said they havent even had a single call on this device in a year because they stopped making them long ago. So now, I have to send in my reciept from Crackberry, an email from BlueAnt, and the device itself, pay to ship it to BlueAnt, and wait 6 weeks for them to send me an upgraded one. sure, the one they are sending is WAY better quality than this one was supposed to do, and I dont have to pay the difference in prices, but was it really worth all the extra effort? Not really. Pass on this one, there is no technical support if something goes wrong.
