StarStarStarStarStar Awesome on BBerry (did not try on Treo)
User: Aharon G, Dec 15, 2008

Pros:  Eliminate outside sound
Cons:  Your voice sounds weird in your own head

This headset is awesome for the business traveler. My wife used it to talk to me from a noisy airport. I heard her fine and I even heard the guy sitting next to her. She heard me fine but she couldnt hear him because the lugs block external noise! Awesome!

The con is that your own voice sounds weird, like youre talking with your fingers in your ears. If you remove one ear plug the effect goes away and you still hear fine with the other.

Using both ear plugs would be absolutely lethal while biking or walking near traffic.

StarStarStarStarStar Great headphones
User: Shawn D, Jul 20, 2010

Pros:  great sound, great fit
Cons:  could do without the control button as I dont use it

I received these headphones with my bold 9000 and I cant say enough about them. They have great sound quality and I routinely use them in my BB as well as my iPod. I have not had any issues with the earbuds falling out of my ears, even when working out and I have not had issues with the gels falling off as other users have.

One of the wires is starting to pull out of the control button in the middle of the line, but that is due to me using it while wearing my motorcycle helmet and it gets stuck in the strap and where I route it through my jacket.

StarStarStarStarStar Good but....
User: Graham Sauser, Nov 19, 2008

Pros:  Great sound, diffrent size ear gels, improved clip, ACTUALLY STAY IN EAR!
Cons:  ear gels fall of easily in pocket

I hate normal earbuds aas they never fit me, these in ears are great but the ear gels fall off to easy when in your pocket, i was forced to use the bigger size than what i normally wear and it is not as comfortable

StarStarStarStarStar Great With Issues
User: John Duff, Feb 24, 2010

Pros:  Great Sounds, Great Fit
Cons:  Gels fall of too easy and cannot find replacements.

After trying several after market headsets , Ive found these to provide the best sounds and fit. The big problem is the ease at which the gels tend to fall off and disappear. Ive tried gluing on, but they still fall off and I cannot find replacements. Useless without the gels. Hopefully the manufacture will resolve the fall off issue soon or at least offer optional replacement gels...

StarStarStarStarStar fantastic while it works
User: Aidan Gould, Dec 2, 2009

Pros:  sounds good
Cons:  ear-gels fall off, clips falls off, wires break

*I lost the medium size ear-gels in a matter of days just taking the headphones off. When I superglued the large ear-gels they stayed on.
*The clip never stayed on, so I taped it to the wire. This worked for a month until the plastic pegs holding the two parts of the clip together broke.
*After 6 weeks the wires inside the cable separated from the plug, but the outer plastic layer stayed attached. For a while pushing the cable worked, but now all I get is a high-pitched buzz.
Bottom line: dont think of these as headphones. think of them as a headphone kit with some assembly required and one that costs $4 a week.
