Saved my phone!
User: Wendy Kelly Budd, Sep 8, 2010
Pros: Waterproof, dust proof, paint proof. Best case for an active lifestyle.
Cons: Could have a better way to attach to body than a string. Gets hot if in direct sun even for a minute.
I work in our one-acre yard for 3-4 hours daily. Digging, watering, pruning, weeding. We also have a 2,000 gallon pond. In addition, we are rebuilding our deck. Im the official painter/stainer.
With all this water, dust and paint, my phone would have died at least twice now. The last time, I had set up a hose to add water to the pond. As I walked away, the nozzle shifted an shot me right in the hip, drenching my Aquapac, but not my EVO. The phone was dry.
Best case Ive ever owned.

excellent!

Pros: works beautifully
Cons: no color variety
I love this product, I use it everyday while Im in the shower so I can sing along to the music. Not only do I use this product for my phone, but for my iPod, as well. I took it to Lake Powell with me, and it was the PERFECT case to protect my phone from not only the water, but I found that if I flip the case upside down while in the sun, it doesnt overheat my phone. Absolutely gorgeous product!
The only con I can think of is that there is NO color variety whatsoever. I bought one of these for my daughter and she would NOT accept it because it "wasnt pink", so I gave it to my husband instead. Five stars, if you are debating on whether or not to purchase this item, I would definately recommend it!!

Ugly... big -- but really good!!!

I purchased one of these for my brand new Storm... I needed some serious protection.
I spend a lot of time in the sand, out in Glamis, California where the roost from paddle tires is big, and the wind carries fine silt everywhere you can imagine. The last thing I wanted was a bunch of dust and screwed up buttons like I had on my old phone.
I purchased to Aquapac handheld case before my first trip out with my phone. I tested its waterproofing by placing a paper towel inside the case then stuffing it underwater. No leaks.
I decided to try putting my phone under 6 inches of water... no leaks... but I did find that the touch screen doesnt work when submerged I guess I cant go diving and check my email at the same time. From there, I took the phone into the shower with me to play some music, with the lanyard attached to the shower head, I was able to rock out while getting ready for work.
Since I found that it was sufficiently waterproof, I felt comfortable taking it into the desert/dunes environment. It withstood being shoved into my pocket (that had traces of sand in it -- remember that sand gets everywhere... yes even there), it went in the buggy with me, to the campfire and all over the dunes. I was able to use it without any worry of destroying my brand new phone.
Ive tried the Ziploc bag method but the bags were just too weak and would end up with little holes from the sands abrasive qualities. This case went everywhere with me and came out looking like the day I got it. Most importantly the same can be said about my Storm.

Great case for weather or sports!

Pros: Totally Water Proof
Cons: Use correctly!
I had this case for my old Treo 650, and picked one up for the Centro.
This case is great for boating, as you have full functionality of the phone while in the case, including hearing and speaking without much difficulty. I will say you must be careful, and have a bit of air in the case prior to closing, or it wont float...I found that out the hard way with my 650. That being said, after my Treo 650 "sunk" into the lake, after 3 days and some nice people who just happened to be practicing diving in the area I lost the phone, they actually FOUND it. Pulled from the lake bed, the case was muddy, but the phone was perfectly dry! It saved me 550.00 bucks so it was well worth the 24.00 I spent on the case!
